Our approach

Not another thing to get right

Hypnosis is simply deep relaxation with a focus. You stay aware and in control the whole time. There's nothing to learn and nothing to do, except listen.

Each session takes you slowly into a deep rest, then spends time with imagery written for one problem: a cool mountain path for the heat, a quiet walled garden for the worry, mist lifting off a lake for the fog. Then it gives you a small cue, a breath and a word, to bring that feeling back in everyday life.

Our recordings aren't medical treatment, and they don't replace HRT, medication or your GP. Plenty of women use them alongside whatever else they're doing.

How menopause hypnosis works

How it works

Twenty minutes. Eyes closed.

01

Choose your problem

Hot flushes, sleep, 3am waking, anxiety or brain fog. Start with whatever is getting in the way most.

02

Listen daily

Lie back, headphones in, and let the voice guide you. A few weeks of daily listening is when most people notice the difference.

03

Use your cue

Each recording teaches a simple cue. Practise it when you're calm, so it's there when you need it.

"There's nothing to hold in here, and nothing to hold together. Just this."

What we are, and what we're not

We're a small UK business. We write every script ourselves, using well-established hypnosis techniques, and we check every word against the UK's advertising rules, so we never promise what we can't stand behind.

Our recordings are narrated by a carefully chosen AI voice. We think you should know. It lets us keep improving every recording and keep prices fair.

If your symptoms are getting you down, the NHS menopause pages are a good place to start, and our symptoms checklist can help you get ready to see your GP.

Questions

Good to know

What is hypnosis, really?
Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed and focused state, a bit like being absorbed in a good book or drifting off on a long journey. You stay aware and in control the whole time. You can't get stuck, and you won't do anything you don't want to do. If you need to, you can simply open your eyes.
Is this a treatment for menopause?
No. Our recordings are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They're not medical treatment, and they don't replace HRT, medication or advice from your GP. Many people like to use them alongside whatever else they're doing. If your symptoms are getting you down, the NHS menopause pages are a good place to start, and your GP can help.
Who shouldn't listen?
Never listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you have epilepsy, psychosis, a personality disorder, or are being treated for a serious mental health condition, please check with your doctor first.
How often should I listen?
Once a day is ideal, for at least two or three weeks. Like any new skill, relaxation tends to come more easily with practice. The sleep tracks are for bedtime or night waking; the others are best in the daytime.
How do I get my recordings?
Straight after you pay, you'll see a page where you can listen in your browser or download the MP3 files. We also email you a link so you can come back any time, on any device.
What's the no-introduction version?
Every recording comes in two versions. The full version starts with a short welcome and safety note. Once you've listened a few times, the no-introduction version skips that and takes you straight into the session.
